Early Game
Your early jungle clear speed is absolutely top-tier! Speed-run your camps and look for the perfect moment to land a crispy Skill 1 bandage toss for a deadly gank. Just keep in mind that you're weak in 1v1 duels and counter-jungling, so make sure to place wards and protect your turf!
Mid Game
The second you unlock your ultimate at Level 5, your ganking power goes through the roof! During high-stakes objective fights for Dragon or Herald, dive in and unleash your ultimate to lock down their annoying carries and completely swing the fight in your favor!
Late Game
In the late game, fully commit to being a beefy tank and the primary engager! Land your Skill 1 on a priority carry, fly right into their face, and pop your ultimate to stun the entire enemy team, setting up the perfect bloodbath for your damage dealers!

Amumu's Mistake: Engaging with Skill 1 Without Backup
Never go in blind just because your Skill 1 landed! If you don't check where your team is, you'll just end up isolated and beaten to a pulp. Especially in crucial teamfights with your ultimate, making absolutely sure your team is in range to follow up before you dive is the golden rule of a top-tier Amumu player!
