Your damage is extremely high, but shredding through fully geared tanks can take a bit of time. That's exactly why you must carefully hold onto your Skill 3 (Arcane Shift) to avoid getting killed. Survive until the very last moment and keep pumping out consistent DPS.

Never use your Arcane Shift (Skill 3) to aggressively blink forward just to squeeze in a little extra damage, unless it's a 100% guaranteed kill! Throwing away an ADC's only lifeline is basically begging enemy assassins and fighters to jump on you. Keep your Skill 3 strictly for dodging and repositioning, and rely on your Skill 1 to dish out damage safely.
