Wukong Strengths

  • Tricky play with the clone and strong survivability
  • Ult's wide knockup can change the course of a teamfight

Wukong Weaknesses

  • ×Slightly weak early trades; tends to lose lane priority
  • ×Hard to build MR; vulnerable to magic damage burst

Early Game

Early on, look for short trades: go in with Skill 3 and deal damage with Skill 1. If the Skill 2 clone baits out the enemy's counter skill, the trade tips firmly in your favor.

Mid Game

Mid-game skirmishes and catches in the jungle are where Wukong excels. Use the stealth from Skill 2 to ambush from out of vision and pressure the enemy carries.

Late Game

Split-push a side lane while staying ready to join your team's fights quickly. Approach from out of vision using Skill 2's stealth and engage where the enemy does not expect it.

Teamfights

Use Ult's two casts of knockup and dive the front as the team's engage. Knock up the enemy backline and break the carries' focus.

⚠️ Common Mistakes

Forcing engages without the clone

Do not engage head-on while Skill 2 (the clone) is down. Without an escape or a decoy, you soak all the focus and die instantly. Close in from out of vision with stealth, or bait enemy skills with the clone. Then knock up the enemy group with Ult from Level 5 on.

Wukong Combos

Basic Trade

Approach with Skill 3, damage with Skill 1, then slip away behind the clone from Skill 2.
