Hooking the beefy frontline tank during a 5v5 teamfight is a game-losing mistake! You'll just drag yourself straight into their CC web and leave your own backline completely exposed. Always aim your hooks at squishy carries; if you can't reach them, use your (Lv)5 ultimate on the backline and heavily focus on peeling for your team.
