Early Game

Late Game
Thanks to your infinite AP scaling, you become an absolute monster who can half-health enemies with basic spells! Play hyper-safe in the backline and completely obliterate anyone foolish enough to step into your range.
Teamfights
Dropping your cage right in the middle of the enemy team to completely ruin their formation is your main objective! If an enemy carry missteps for even a second, drop your Ultimate on them and erase them from the fight.
⚠️ Common Mistakes
Veigar Mistake: Wasting Skill 3 (Event Horizon) for Poke!
Veigar's Skill 3 (cage) is hands down his most powerful defensive tool against ganks and hard engage! Forcing it in lane just to fish for a lucky stun leaves you entirely defenseless. While it's on cooldown, you are a free kill for any assassin or jungler. Treat your cage like gold—save it to set up your jungler's ganks or to perfectly peel anyone trying to dive you!
