Master Yi

His win rate falls under 50% in the higher brackets. What keeps his rating up is the ban rate, far and away the highest among junglers. Bans, not wins, are what hold his standing. Highlander cuts his other cooldowns by 70% on every kill or assist, so his late-game clean-up survived the 7.0c nerf.

Cho'Gath

His win rate stays under 50% in every bracket, and his rating holds up because the bans pile on from Diamond+ upward. Each Feast kill adds a stack: 80-160 max HP, and a little more attack range with it. Feast's true damage and Feral Scream's silence are both hard to answer with defensive items.

Tryndamere

He earns his place on win rate, and no patch has buffed him. Undying Rage can be cast even while he is under crowd control, giving five seconds in which he cannot die. His results slip in the top bracket, where players reliably kite those five seconds out.

Darius

Patch 7.2 made Crippling Strike refund its full mana cost and halve its own cooldown on a kill. Hemorrhage deals 180% damage to monsters. Landing Decimate's blade on a large monster heals 15% of his missing HP. His jungling no longer stalls, and from Diamond+ up he holds a top spot consistently.

Xin Zhao

Almost nobody bans him; his standing rests on win rate and a steady pick rate alone. His win rate also improves as the ranks go up. Crescent Guard knocks away everyone but his challenged target, then blocks ranged damage for five seconds. That buys him the moments right after a dive.

Lee Sin

His win rate lands well below 50%. He ranks high on sheer volume of players: from Diamond upward he is the most-picked jungler there is. Patch 7.2b added 20 shield at every rank on Safeguard and raised Iron Will's omnivamp. Diving in and trading through now holds up.
